Currently, the degree completion programs that are attracting the most enrollments are business/management, general/liberal studies, and education, in that order.

The 2006 Management Survey revealed that the programs most commonly offered by public institutions CE units are, in descending order, distance education, postbaccalaureate certificates, youth, learning in retirement, and baccalaureate degree completion.

The programs most commonly offered by private institutions CE units are, in descending order, baccalaureate degree completion, summer school, postbaccalaureate certificates, distance education, and youth.
